Our Wellspring Room is a warm, nurturing sanctuary where our youngest infants and toddlers can feel safe, settled, and secure in the care of our teachers. We know that trusting relationships are central to a child’s sense of wellbeing, and our key teacher approach helps children and teachers build strong, meaningful connections that support each child’s learning and development. Teachers take time to nurture each child’s sense of belonging, and by reflecting on the rituals and routines you have at home, we help make the transition from home to centre as smooth and reassuring as possible. We carefully select the teachers who learn alongside our babies and toddlers, recognising the importance of familiarity and consistency. For this reason, the same core team of teachers supports your child from day to day.
