Whānau Events
Creating lasting relationships with the children and families who attend Elim Early Learning Centre is an important value for our team.
We hold a number of whānau events each year to recognise important times of the year, to share information and knowledge, to celebrate our beautiful tamariki, and generally just to get together and have a good time.
Elim Early Learning Centre Family Fun
Our Easter Egg Hunt is popular for a sugar rush, Matariki is a beautiful evening of connecting and sharing, Our Big Family Disco is always a dress up hit, and the big year end Christmas Party is a favourite for most of our children.

Our Easter Egg Hunt is a very popular family get together where lots of sharing and fun is enjoyed, alongside a few yummy chocolates.
Matariki
At Elim Early Learning Centre
Matariki is an opportunity for us to manaaki our whānau, look back on the year that has passed, remember our loved ones and look to the future with hope. We celebrate with shared kai, marshmallows on the fire and great conversation.
The Big Family Disco
At Elim Early Learning Centre
With a different dress up theme every year, is a much anticipated event which everyone looks forward to as a celebration of the fun we have together at Elim.
Teacher hui
At Elim Early Learning Centre we host two Parent whānau events - Teacher hui every year so that you have an opportunity to discuss your child with their teacher in a one on one situation. Further we hold an annual information evening which allows us to share an aspect of our curriculum and your child's learning experiences.
End of the year Christmas Party

The end of the year Christmas Party is our favorite and biggest event where we get to host our whānau and tamariki and celebrate the year of learning and fund we shared together.
